Project Overview: Modern Modular Kitchen Design
We recently completed a stunning modular kitchen renovation project for our client, Sakshi Bharadwaj, at Paras Tiera in Sector 137, Noida. The project involved designing a modern kitchen with a bold blue and white color combination, along with tiles and paintwork to enhance the overall look and feel of the space.

High-Quality Materials and Premium Features
The kitchen was designed to reflect a modern aesthetic while providing maximum functionality. We used high-quality materials to ensure durability and style, including:
- 16.75mm Century HDHMR plywood for the carcase, ensuring strength and longevity.
- Century Softclose Hinges for smooth, silent cabinet operations.
- Century Innotech Drawer System with a 7-year warranty, ensuring efficient and sturdy storage.
- Syska Profile Light installed under the cabinets to enhance counter lighting.
- Black aluminum profile with black tinted 5mm glass shutters for the pantry and four overhead shutters, creating a sleek, modern look.
- A Century black rolling shutter for additional cabinet access.
- Hindware double bowl sink, offering ample workspace for kitchen tasks.
- 17mm Kajaria full body nano white countertop combined with Kajaria floor and wall tiles, creating a seamless, polished surface.
Overcoming Time Constraints: Quick Installation
The project’s major challenge was completing the work while the client’s family continued living in the flat. This required us to complete the kitchen renovation within a very tight deadline. To manage this, we fabricated around 80% of the kitchen components, including the carcase and shutters, in our workshop.
Once everything was ready, we dismantled the existing kitchen and floor tiles within a day. The cabinet installation was followed by the fitting of the countertops, backsplash tiles, and shutters, with the entire on-site process taking only one week.
Client Feedback and Extended Scope of Work
Upon completion, Sakshi Bharadwaj was extremely pleased with the results. She commented that the kitchen looked much more spacious compared to the old design, and the blue and white color combination exceeded her expectations in terms of elegance. Impressed with the transformation, she extended the project by asking for glass paneling and additional wooden work. She also shared plans for her newly purchased two-floor house, where she hopes to involve us in the design of their new interiors.
